Terms of Participation

Anyone is welcome to submit an application. Participation depends on upcoming program schedules, volunteer availability, program capacity and the availability of suitable learning groups.

Applications are used to organize future live online and in-person learning groups. Applicants are contacted by email with scheduling information when a suitable session becomes available.

Our programs are provided free of charge as part of our charitable and educational mission.

There are no program fees, administrative fees or required payments to participate.

Applicants must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

The organization may request clarification or additional information when an application is incomplete.

Participants receive session information privately by email.

Private meeting links and non-public location details must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

The organization may change, postpone or cancel activities because of safety, facilitator availability, venue availability, technology issues, weather, insufficient participation or other operational circumstances.

Participants must:

• Follow the Participant Code of Conduct
• Follow reasonable safety instructions
• Respect the privacy of others
• Communicate respectfully
• Avoid disruptive or dangerous conduct

Fitness, yoga and wellness activities involve voluntary physical participation.

They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or individualized medical care.

Participants should not perform an activity they believe they cannot safely complete.

Some activities may provide a confirmation of participation. Unless formal accreditation is explicitly confirmed, such a document is not an accredited academic qualification, professional licence, government certification or guarantee of employment.

Participation does not automatically authorize public use of a participant's image, voice, recording, name, personal story or testimonial. Separate permission must be obtained for public use.

The organization may pause or end participation because of serious misconduct, harassment, threats, safety concerns, fraud, repeated disruption or privacy violations.

These terms may be updated as organizational activities develop. The effective date and last reviewed date will remain visible.
