How Participation Works

Civella Learning Foundation provides free live online and in-person learning and wellness opportunities. Applications help us organize participants into upcoming sessions.

    Submit an Application

    Anyone is welcome to submit an application. Share your interests, availability and preferred participation format so we can organize a suitable future session for you.

    Application Review

    Applications are reviewed only to organize scheduling and upcoming program batches, never to rank, screen or reject participants.

    Session Assignment

    We group applicants into appropriate upcoming live online or in-person batches based on interest, format and timing.

    Email Confirmation

    You will be contacted by email with the details of the next available live online or in-person session, including date, time and access information.

    Participate

    Join the scheduled live session, take part in guided activities and follow the participant code of conduct and relevant safety guidance.

    Feedback and Confirmation

    Participants may be invited to share feedback or receive a confirmation of participation. Programs are provided free of charge as part of our charitable and educational mission.

Participation depends on upcoming program schedules, volunteer availability, program capacity and the availability of suitable learning groups.
